Team Building

Green Oak Consulting provides customized team building events based on the needs of your group or organization. We specialize in activities for conventions and company meetings, as well as, on site team building exercises. Below are just a few examples of what we can offer your group.

Myers- Briggs Personality Type indicator

Duration: 1-3 hours

Participants will take a quick inventory to determine personality type. Various activities will illustrate individual strengths with regards to leadership style, problem solving approach, communication preference, learning style and overall contributions to an organization. Participants will leave with not only a greater understanding of self but of other team members as well.

Scavenger Hunt

Duration: 2 hours

Participants will work in teams to follow clues and gather items in a race to the finish. The scavenger hunt route will be near the location of your event. Leadership, problem solving and communication skills will be needed to complete each leg of the scavenger hunt.

Activity Trio

Duration 1-3 hours

3 varied activities will be selected to focus on areas of emphasis desired to achieve greater efficiency and productivity when working as a member of their work team. Activities are tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization. Teams will be changed for each activity so participants can work with as many different attendees as possible.
